Klawz By Kona Return & Refund Policy
Klawz By Kona maintains high standards for hygiene and customer safety. Because the products are wearable beauty items, the following policies ensure that every customer receives a set that is sanitary and in pristine condition.
1. Hygiene & Condition Requirements
Due to the nature of press-on nails, returns are only accepted if the items are in a 100% resalable state.

Condition of Use: Nail sets must not have been used, applied, filed, or removed from the original packaging. Any evidence of tampering with the adhesive or the nails themselves will void the eligibility for a return.

Product Types: This policy applies to all offerings, including pre-made sets, custom designs, and made-to-order sets. All varieties are refundable only if they remain unworn and in the original packaging to ensure hygiene standards are met.
2. Return Window
The eligibility period for a return is 60 days from the original purchase date. Return requests initiated after the 60-day window has closed are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
3. Non-Refundable Items

Gift Cards: All digital and physical gift card purchases are considered final sale and are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs: Standard shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received in a damaged state.
4. The Return Process
To initiate a return, a request must be sent to the official Klawz By Kona contact email. Once the returned items are received and inspected for resale quality, a notification of approval or rejection will be issued. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
